St. Paul offers a beautiful, traditional setting for weddings, for both member and non-member couples. Our Pastor and Wedding Coordinator work closely with each couple to plan a perfect day!
St. Paul offers the ambiance of a “little country church,” through its architecture, classically styled wooden pews and altar area, and the use of the color red in the sanctuary décor. The altar area offers generous space for ceremonies with larger parties, while still maintaining a feeling of intimacy for smaller parties.
Other amenities available to suit the needs of your special day include a grand piano, video screen, candles for the main aisle and altar candelabras. During the summer months, the Memorial Garden provides a beautiful back-drop for outdoor pictures.

One of the most sacred moments in one’s life is when we walk with our loved one through their time of transition from earthly life and into their life everlasting. It is in these moments that the mystery of the life becomes clear for us. We bridge two worlds as we stand in grief saying goodbye to one we have loved so dearly, yet clinging with wonder to the promise there is so much more life awaiting each of us beyond the one lived so briefly on this earth. At St. Paul we believe these moments are a to celebrate the life of our loved ones.
The St. Paul facility and our pastor, Rev. Jana Chwalisz, are both available to aid you during this time of Life Celebration. If you would like more information about holding a memorial or funeral service at St. Paul, please call the church office at 847-381-0460.
At St. Paul, we believe that baptism is an outward and visible sign of an invisible transformation; a sign of the grace of God in our lives.
Through baptism with water and the Holy Spirit, we are incorporated into God’s history of grace. Baptism is the sign and seal of our participation in God’s forgiveness, the beginning of our growth into full Christian faith and discipleship, and the mark of our acceptance into the care of Christ’s church on earth. All of these are God’s gifts, offered to us without price.
We believe the promise of the gospel is for everyone, and because of that, St. Paul offers baptism for both children and adults. The service of baptism is conducted during a Sunday morning worship service. For more information about baptism, please contact Pastor Jana at 847-381-0460.

Our ministries are extremely important to our members, as well as the Barrington, Illinois surrounding communities. Although we are a small community, we are life changing and we are called to serve. Each year we feed hundreds of families with Thanksgiving baskets, St. Paul Suppers, and through our Food Pantry.
